CulinaryOutfitters.com guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 business days upon receipt of your order via E-Mail to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
All defective items, including breakages, qualify for replacement ONLY if we are notified within 5 business days upon receipt of item(s).
The item(s) must be returned in original packaging.
If your notification is recieved after 5 business days you will have to purchase the item(s) if you would like it replaced.
All merchandise returned after 10 business days of receipt for refund and/or exchange will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be in new and unused condition in the original package in order for us to exchange or refund your purchase.
Any Item that is not in new and unused condition and is not in its original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new and unused condition to receive the full refund.
If your order qualified for free shipping and you want to return an item or items, you will be credited back the cost of the item(s) less actual cost of shipping the item(s) to you.
Sale page items are non-refundable.

December Holiday Return Policy
We must be notified of all returns and/or exchanges by Jan 2nd of the following year to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
All returns and/or exchanges after Jan 2nd will be subject to our regular return policy.
Credit Card Refunds
Upon receiving your returned shipment, we will process a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Our Shipping Policy
Standard shipping includes costs for third party transit and all product-handling costs.
Standard delivery for shipping will arrive within 7 to 10 days, following credit card authorization.
Standard deliveries are handled by FedEx based on state availability. All shipments require a signature for receipt.
Signatures must be obtained by individuals over the age of 18 years. Shipping charges are calculated when you check out.
Where online tracking is available, the tracking link is included in your "Invoice Confirmation" e-mail.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear in our system due to delays in receiving information from carriers.
In instances where one or more items in your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you
and offer a substitution recommendation or offer to hold your order until all items are available for shipment.
Orders placed by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day, orders recieved after 12:00pm EST will ship the next business day. All orders will only be shipped after successful credit card verification.
Same day shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday.
Express Shipping is available for all items throughout the CulinaryOutfitters.com store. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

This offer is for free standard (FedEx Ground) shipping to one address and does not include 1-day or 2-day, Express, or Overnight delivery or orders shipped to multiple addresses.
Offer applies to shipments to the contiguous 48 states and is not valid for international addresses.

A minimum order of $50 excluding taxes and additional shipping charges is required.

Multiple ship-to addresses
CulinaryOutfitters.com knows that finding the perfect item is a great feeling and often times you
want to share that feeling with others. To enhance your shopping experience,
we provide a simple option for sending your items to other recipients. You will be directed
to your address book where you can select another saved address or add a new address altogether.
Be sure to select the state in which the new recipient lives in order to determine the product's
availability in that area.
Tracking Your Order
To assist you track the status of your shipment, we email you the order tracking number
associated with your shipments the day the order is sent. Or a delivery confirmation number
(Federal Express). Sign-in to the "My Accounts" page and go to the "My Orders" Section to check the status of
your order. Please note that it may take 24 hours
before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site once your product(s) have been listed as "shipped" in our system.
If you think your order is late, please note that:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Express orders placed after 12:00 pm ET will ship the next business day.
Delivery and processing of orders occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Out of Stock Items
While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website's accuracy,
there is on occasion, instances where certain products sell out or simply are no longer available.
When that occurs, our Customer Care Specialists are available to make suggestions for comparable substitutions.
In cases where you choose not to have substitutions made to your orders, we will simply ship the available
items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order on your behalf (as applicable).
Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.
